School Director: Boris Dmitrievich Borodikhin
Boris Dmitrievich Borodikhin was born on February 1, 1958, in Poludino village, Bulayevo district, North Kazakhstan region.
In 1975, he graduated from Poludino Secondary School. After graduation, he worked on the railway. From 1976 to 1978, he served in the Armed Forces of the USSR.
From 1978 to 1981, he served in the transport police department at the railway station in Petropavlovsk. From 1981 to 1987, he worked as a trolleybus driver. Since 1987, he continued working in the railway sector.
In 1989, he enrolled in the Petropavlovsk Pedagogical Institute. In 1992, he moved to Novotroitskoye village, where he worked as a carpenter in the “Kolos” collective farm.
From 1995 to 1998, he worked as a teacher of labor and history at Kolosov Secondary School. Later, he was engaged in entrepreneurial activities.
Since 2004, he has been working at the school again as a military instructor. In 2006, he resumed his studies at North Kazakhstan State University, graduating in 2009 with a degree in Russian Language and Literature.
Since September 2010, he has served as Acting Director, and since February 2011, he has been officially appointed as Director.
He is recognized as an experienced and professionally competent leader with modern pedagogical thinking and strong management skills. He effectively organizes the educational process and actively implements modern teaching methods.
He contributes to the development of the teaching staff and fosters a positive psychological environment. A responsible, инициативный and hardworking professional, he is respected by colleagues, students, and parents.
